Abstract
We present a study of the decays ${B}^{0,+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\omega}{K}^{0,+}$ using $383\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{6}$ $B\overline{B}$ events obtained with the BABAR detector at PEP-II. We observe $Y(3940)\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\omega}$, with mass ${3914.6}_{\ensuremath{-}3.4}^{+3.8}(\mathrm{stat})\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}2.0(\mathrm{syst})\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$, and width ${34}_{\ensuremath{-}8}^{+12}(\mathrm{stat})\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}5(\mathrm{syst})\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}$. The ratio of ${B}^{0}$ and ${B}^{+}$ decay to $YK$ is ${0.27}_{\ensuremath{-}0.23}^{+0.28}(\mathrm{stat}{)}_{\ensuremath{-}0.01}^{+0.04}(\mathrm{syst})$, and the relevant ${B}^{0}$ and ${B}^{+}$ branching fractions are reported.
