Abstract

Trivalent gallium cations are introduced to passivate the surface defects of the CsPbBr 3 QDs. The resultant Ga-modified perovskite QDs are used to fabricate perovskite LEDs, which exhibit remarkably improved brightness and stability, compare with pristine QD-derived devices.
