Abstract
Summary An ultrasonic method of assessing the hourly fetal urine production rate (HFUPR) is described. In 50 antenatal patients screened in normal pregnancy there was a gradual rise in the mean HFUPR from 12.2 ml. at 32 weeks to 28.2 ml. at 40 weeks menstrual age.
