Abstract

Wie ein organisches Molekül! Ein chemisch inerter Rutheniumkomplex, der die Proteinkinase GSK-3 an ihrer ATP-Bindungsstelle inhibiert, schaltet den Wnt-Signalweg in lebenden Zellen und in Xenopus-Embryos ein.
