Abstract

Eine wertvolle Schale: Die Kombination der elektrostatischen Abscheidung von Goldnanopartikeln auf Mikrokapseln mit der Keimbildung an Oberflächen lieferte Goldnanoschalen (siehe Bild). Dieses Nano/Mikrokomposit kann als Theranostikum sowohl für die kontrastverstärkte Ultraschallbildgebung (Diagnostikum) als auch für die Photohyperthermie (Therapeutikum) genutzt werden, was für einen Einsatz in der Photothermaltherapie bei Krebs spricht.
