Abstract
Methylammonium bismuth iodide (MA<sub>3</sub>Bi<sub>2</sub>I<sub>9</sub>) perovskite has been deposited on a mesoporous TiO<sub>2</sub> film through interdiffusion of solution-processed BiI<sub>3</sub>/CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>I stacking layers, and the resulting device was prepared and characterized.
