Abstract
Key Points Treatment with clinical dose of JAK1/2 inhibitor (ruxolitinib) countered manifestations of HLH in 2 cytotoxicity-impaired murine models. JAK1/2 inhibitor therapy in mice is effective on survival, cytopenia, inflammatory syndrome, central nervous system involvement, and liver tissue repair.
