Based on the working experience in practice,the article expounds water conservancy engineering construction management in several aspects.It puts forward some suggestion in preliminary work,conference convening,engineering construction process,quantities of works,the list of monthly statement,materials arrangement,archive management,construction acceptance check,for the reference of the management work on water conservancy engineering construction.
