On Characteristics and Writing of Historical Biography Style——Take Three History Books Written in Southern Dynasty for Example

Abstract

Historical biography style is an ancient,especially an important style in the Southern Dynasty style.It has its origins and rules to follow.Ancient people paid much attention to history stems from the perception of the nature of historiography,the historical biography style and understanding of the historical biography writing.They scientifically and reasonably constructed the historical biography style as a compose key,and conducted a series of study and practice.Once the style is determined,what to write and how to write will random into the actual written stage.Its success or failure will be determined by the historians' philosophy,pens and talents of history.The existing book of Fan Ye's Later Han,Shen Yue's book of The Book of Song and Xiao Zixian's book of Qi Shu in Southern Dynasty are written strictly according to the write rule and are an outstanding example saved by history.They were both the important information for descendants to study the history of later Han,Song and Qi and the important models for studying on the history of historical biography style in Southern Dynasty.The successful write represented the surging up history of the historical biography style in Southern Dynasty.
