Finite Element and Infinite Element Method of Static Analysis of Shuijingtang Dam

Abstract

The article conducts finite element and infinite element method of static analysis of Shuijingtang Dam,and makes comparison between results,which shows infinite element method is better in static analysis on the dam and the base for it features lesser units,lesser calculation and better precision.In the mean time,the calculation shows that base and the flexibility have a great impact on the stress of dam heel and dam toe.
