Materials-based issues are a primary restriction in wide bandgap semiconductors because they are still less mature. Numerous materials issues limit performance, price and reliability in wide bandgap semiconductor devices. This symposium will address a broad range of wide-bandgap materials topics to bring together researchers working at the forefront of research.
