PLASMA PHOSPHATASE OF CHICKS, 3 199 agreed within 12 %. For three preparations of vitamin D3, one in crude wheat flour and two in com oil, the potencies obtained by the phosphatase method differed from the value given by the boneash method by amounts varying from 25 to 40 %.
