Nonuniformity two-point linear correction errors in infrared focal plane arrays

Abstract

The error and hence the residual nonuniformity in an IR focal plane array, after two-point linear nonuniformity correction, which results from measurement errors and nonlinearity, is calculated, yielding different results than have been obtained in the past.
