Abstract

The establishment of specialized cell types during development involves commitment of multipotential stem cells to specific lineages and subsequent expression of distinct sets of cell type-specific genes. Several gene products that regulate cell fate have been identified in DrosophiIa and Caenorhabditis elegans, however, the 10.1101/gad.4.9.
