Abstract
In Brief Thirteen head and neck reconstructions were performed using DIEAP perforator flaps with a single failure occurring at the time of flap dissection. Advantages included permanent tissue bulk, ability to elevate simultaneously with ablation, and minimal donor site morbidity and visibility.
